Hooded eyes are easily identified by the fold of skin that covers the crease. The fold also make the lids less visible. Although people are born with hooded eyes, it can also happen as you age.
-Apply a light color all over the lids stopping right under the brow bone. Do not highlight the brow bone. it will make you eye look more hooded.
-Apply a matte medium color in the crease blending it above the crease.
-Apply a darker matte color on the outer corners, going in 3/4 in the crease. Blend the color upward slightly past the crease.
***When you open your eyes you should see the eyeshadow. If you cannot see it blend upwards some more, until you can see it.
-Apply liner right at the lash line. Do not draw a thick line to avoid making your eye look closed.
***Line the water line with a white or flesh colored liner to open the eyes.
-Apply lots of mascara. A generous amount will open the eyes some more.
